Paris Hilton is expected to testify at trial tomorrow following accusations that she failed to carry out the required promotion for her 2006 movie Pledge This!.
The socialite has denied allegations by the World Entertainment Group that her reported lack of publicity for the sorority comedy caused the DVD distributor to lose more than $8.3 million.
Speaking during a deposition in May, the 28-year-old insisted that she "did my best" to promote the film at "any chance I got".
Pledge This!, which starred Hilton as the snobbish president of a college sorority, bombed at the box office, taking around $2.3 million worldwide.
The lawsuit is seeking more than $8 million from Hilton and her film company. The heiress is currently filming her reality show My BFF in Dubai.
