Three more in talks for 'Bastards'

Simon Pegg, Nastassja Kinski and David Krumholtz are in talks to join the cast of Quentin Tarantino's Inglorious Bastards, reports Variety.

The World War II drama centres on a squad of Jewish-American soldiers who take on German armed forces in Nazi-occupied France.

Pegg is in negotiations to play a British lieutenant, Kinski a famous German film actress, and Krumholtz a member of the US Nazi hunters.

It has been confirmed that Brad Pitt will take on the role of Aldo Raine, with Eli Roth and B.J. Novak also expected to join the cast.

Inglorious Bastards will begin production on October 13 in Germany. Tarantino is aiming to premiere the movie at next year's Cannes Film Festival.
